About Us
Anyone who has trusted us with their treatment knows that we do things differently.
Have you ever been to Physiotherapy and found you saw the actual therapist for less than 5 minutes? Spent more time with the assistant? Or on a god-forsaken machine? We have been treating as a therapist long enough to hear those complaints on repeat.
Our focus is on hands-on treatment and a commitment from our clients (you!) to doing their prescribed mindful movement routine. With those two ingredients, the right mindset and a dash of fairy dust, together we can overcome your injury and/or dysfunction.

Owner/Registered Physiotherapist
Not accepting new clients
Born and raised on the East Coast, Jeannine relocated to Calgary in 2013 and was fortunate enough to have her close friends, Sarah and Alison, join.
Jeannine strongly feels that clients should be empowered and educated about taking an active role in their health and wellness. She achieves this by including her clients in her assessment findings as well as explaining in detail how the body is made to move – and move well.
Outside of work, Jeannine enjoys to spend her free time running, cross fit, spin, yoga, as well as soccer. She also loves spending time hanging with her two stubborn Bulldogs, Rexton and Boris.
Jeannine is committed to client centered care and believes that hands on treatment and body movement is the key successful outcomes. She truly feels that clients can only get out what they put in… so get to work!

Registered Physiotherapist
Mary graduated from the MScPT program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. She also holds a specialized BSc in Psychology!
Growing up in Canmore, she developed a love for sport, regularly playing whatever was in season (volleyball was her fave). She also competed in Highland dancing, and learned the basics of alpine skiing. Though she jokingly refers to herself as a terrible Canmoreite due to preferring indoor sports and activities growing up, she can now regularly be found on the ski hill in the winters, and running or mountain biking in the summer. She enjoys travelling, and some of her favourite trips include skiing in Japan (twice!), honeymooning in Scotland, and trips to the West Coast to visit family and friends.
Mary prides herself on patient-centred care, and providing evidence based and personalized treatment for all of her clients. She looks forward to working together to help achieve your goals!

Alison was born and raised in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Moving to Calgary in 2014, she has worked mostly in the private practice and chronic pain settings. She considers herself lucky that she met Jeannine and Sarah through their master’s program at Dalhousie University. Long days and long nights proved to develop not only a lasting friendship but professional bonds that have lead us all to Alta!
Dry needling, manual therapy, and a strong active approach to your treatment is her bread and butter. She will always want you walking out of the door stronger than you came in.
Outside of work Alison loves spending time with her daughter Blake, running, paddle boarding in the summer, and skiing in the winter!

Clinic Values
Authenticity
We keep it real. We want our practitioners and clients to feel free to be unapologetically themselves.
Transparency
We value open, honest, no BS communication. If you didn’t do your exercises, tell us so we can adjust that week’s treatment.
Balance
We are all about equilibrium. Between work and life, firmness and softness, casualness and professionalism.
Quality
This isn’t a conveyor belt clinic. We’d rather see fewer, happier and healthier clients each day.
Connection
Between our team, with our clients, in our community, and to our physical space. We’re keeping our roots strong and growing more.
